1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@stratustep.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return
  • A short description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, color, product defect, etc.)
  • The country you are contacting us from

Our customer service team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective items: manufacturing flaws, damaged packaging
  • Non-defective items: sizing issues, unwanted color or product

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

4. Important Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotional sales), refund processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.

The return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.
